TENVYR PRIVATE PILOT
Privacy notice
This notice describes the data handled by the Tenvyr private pilot. A signed pilot agreement or data-processing addendum controls if it says something different.
Effective July 11, 2026
Data we handle
We process account and directory attributes, authentication and MFA state, public SSH credential metadata, access requests and approvals, host and agent inventory, policy decisions, security telemetry, and tamper-evident audit events. Customer administrators choose which identities and hosts enter the service.
Data we do not need
Tenvyr does not ask for SSH private keys. The direct-SSH product does not proxy or record terminal sessions, commands, or session contents. Diagnostic logs are designed to exclude passwords, bearer tokens, private keys, recovery codes, and raw authentication assertions.
Why we use data
We use pilot data to authenticate users, enforce tenant-scoped access policy, issue short-lived credentials, reconcile managed hosts, investigate abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and produce customer-requested audit evidence. We do not sell personal information or use pilot data for advertising.
Service providers and location
The first pilot cell uses Amazon Web Services in the United States. Identity providers and customer-configured SIEM or webhook destinations process data under their own terms. We disclose data when required by law or to protect the service, customers, and users.
Retention and control
Authentication, access, and audit records are retained for security and pilot obligations; exact periods are set in the pilot agreement and tenant settings where available. Tenant administrators can manage directory lifecycle and credentials. Deletion requests may be subject to security, legal, backup, and tamper-evident audit retention.
Security and incidents
Controls include encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, short-lived access, hardware-backed MFA support, constrained workload roles, and versioned audit evidence. No system is risk-free. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the published security contact.
